Custom Finish: Professional Solutions for Timeless Quality

At DP Juza Woods and Fixtures, the finish of a project is as critical as its build quality. Our finishing department can create any custom finish tailored to each client’s vision.

Why Do We Finish Wood?

Finishing wood sanitizes, preserves, stabilizes, and adds unique aesthetics to the finished product. The finishing process seals up the natural pores on the surface of the wood, eliminating the chance of soiling the wood and making it easier to keep it clean.

Besides protecting wood from dirt, grime, and moisture fluctuations, finishing wood makes it aesthetically pleasing. It also allows us to personalize and customize our product with endless possibilities.

Precision color matching

For color options, there are unlimited color options. We use pigmented conversion varnish to achieve a range of painted looks. Our Opti-Color system provides unlimited color possibilities, allowing for precise matching of any specific hue based on a color name or paint chip. This precision ensures that the finish of each project aligns with the client’s vision.

Endless Color Possibilities

We can match any custom finish color from leading paint products like Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, to high-end products like Farrow and Ball. We use high-quality Sayerlack products to guarantee a superior finish in any color.

Custom Finish for Any Application

We can mix all our custom finishes for either interior or exterior applications. We custom-mix all stains, allowing for a variety of unique finished looks. For example, if a client wants a cherry wood fixture to look like stained walnut, we can bring that vision to life. We finish perfectly stained pieces with a clear conversion varnish or polyurethane sealer and top coat to any sheen level.

Durability and Longevity

Our custom finishes will last a lifetime. Clients can expect our custom wood fixtures to maintain their quality and color for decades. Proper care and maintenance will keep any DP Juza fixture in excellent condition for decades after installation.
